Our Return Policy
We want you to love every piece you receive from Hala Jewels. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Customised or personalised jewellery
- Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code
How to Initiate a Return

- Share your order details and reason for return
- We will guide you through the return process
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is for any other reason, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer
Damaged or Wrong Items
